I’m not teaching healing as a “performance” or an aesthetic. I teach it as a grounded process that includes facing truth, accountability, emotional regulation, and deep inner rewiring. I’m not following the typical “love&light” and fake self-love movements where excuses, laziness, blame, and distractions are praised.
I’ve lived the cycle of carrying subconscious beliefs like “I’m not good enough,” watching it shape my relationships, work, and self-talk, and then doing the real work to bring awareness to it, dismantle it, and replace it. It teaches you how to stop treating your current problems like isolated “issues” and start tracing them back to the real root: the identity patterns and beliefs that keep you small.
A major focus is people-pleasing and the “good girl conditioning” and how it quietly runs your choices, relationships, boundaries, and confidence.
